IABSE Dutch Group

The Dutch Group of IABSE unites parties in the Netherlands that are interested in the activities of IABSE. With a 55 participants it represents the construction sector. The participation in the activities of IABSE are coordinated. Every two years a special colloquium about a topic in structural design is organised. There is a good co-operation with the Belgian member group. In 2003 the Conference on structures for High Speed Railway Transportation in Antwerp was co-organised with the Belgian Group. The Group participates in IABSE Working Groups and Commissions and its delegates frequently attend IABSE Symposia and Congresses.
